Robert “Nick” Horsley

CEO, Director

Mr. Robert “Nick” Horsley has over 20 years of public markets experience focused on finance, investor relations, marketing, management and merger & acquisitions.

Mr. Horsley has served as a director and a consultant to several public and private companies and has experience in a variety of industries including mineral exploration, telecom, CPG, Esports, and technology. Mr., Horsley has been a mineral prospector since 2008.

Howard Milne

President, Director

A strategist in the area of sales and marketing with extensive experience in the development of private and public companies.

Has held various corporate roles including CEO and Vice President, and has a background in investor relations for various listed companies. Played a role in the launch of Victory Ventures Inc., now Edison Lithium Corp, on the TSXV and was VP Business Development to September 2019. Was CEO and director of Lodge Resources Inc., now Freeman Gold Corp. from 2017 to May 2020, was CEO and director of Baden Resources Inc., now Northstar Gaming Holdings Inc., on the CSE, from 2019 to March 2023, CEO and director of Hi-View Resources Inc., on the CSE, from 2021 to present, and CEO and director of Stearman Resources Inc., on the CSE, from 2022 to present.

Daryn Gordon

CFO

Mr. Gordon is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with more than two decades of finance and accounting experience.

He started his career at global auditing firms Grant Thornton LLP and PwC Canada. For the last fourteen years, Mr. Gordon has continued to expand his expertise and knowledge by providing CFO services to Canadian companies across a variety of industries. Mr. Gordon has a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge.

Emily Sewell

Director

Ms. Sewell is a graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business and is currently the CFO and director of Germanium Mining Corp., as well as a director for Stearman Resources Inc.

Emily is also a consultant to a local real estate investment trust. Her previous experience includes working as an Associate for RBC Global Asset Management and serving as the VP of Finance and Development for a clothing design and manufacturing company.

Michael Dufresne

P.Geo

Mr. Dufresne is the President and a principal of APEX Geoscience Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (1983) and an M.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Alberta (1987).

He is a Professional Geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), British Columbia (APEGBC) and the Northwest and Nunavut Territories (NAPEG). He has worked as a consulting geologist for over thirty years, conducting and directing exploration programs worldwide for junior and major exploration and mining companies encompassing a variety of commodities and deposit types including diamond, gold (placer and lode), base metal and industrial minerals. Mr. Dufresne has authored numerous Technical Reports for public companies on early to advanced exploration stage projects including resource work for a variety of commodities and deposit types. He has been integral to numerous large discoveries in Canada and Australia and has published extensively on the regional mineral potential of Alberta.

James Place

Retired Geologist

Mr. Place is a retired professional geoscientist (previously registered in B.C.) with more than 30 years of experience in the mining, heavy construction, and engineering fields.

He has worked on all phases of mineral projects from exploration and permitting through to testing, development, marketing, production and reclamation primarily in Western North America. Mr. Place has held positions with a number of public companies, government, engineering companies, and environmental consulting companies. Mr. Place received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Geography from the University of Victoria (B.C.) in 1983. Mr. Place was a registered professional geoscientist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia from 1992 to 2022.

Mr. Arif Merali

CSC, CPH

Mr. Merali has been a director of several public companies and is currently on the board of directors of Bessor Minerals and previously served on the board of CMC Metals Ltd.

Mr. Merali was previously an investment advisor at Canaccord Capital and holds the CSC and CPH designations and has been registered with IIROC as a Registered Representative. Mr. Merali currently holds consulting roles in public and private companies across a variety of industries with over 30 years of experience in the technology and natural resource sectors.

Robert W. Schafer

Robert W. Schafer is a mining executive with more than 40 years of international experience in the mineral industry.

Mr Schafer is the founder and Managing Director of Eagle Mines Management and has held senior leadership positions with Hunter Dickinson Inc., Kinross Gold Corp., and BHP Minerals. At Hunter Dickinson, he served as Executive Vice President of Business Development, leading the identification and structuring of mineral project transactions worldwide.

Robert’s career spans work in over 70 countries, including Russia’s Far East, Australia, China, India, Southern Africa, and South America. He is recognized for his expertise in exploration strategy, project acquisitions, and managing global exploration teams.
