Howard Milne

CEO, Director

A strategist in the area of sales and marketing with extensive experience in the development of private and public companies. Has held various corporate roles including CEO and Vice President, and has a background in investor relations for various listed companies. Played a role in the launch of Victory Ventures Inc., now Edison Lithium Corp, on the TSXV and was VP Business Development to September 2019. Was CEO and director of Lodge Resources Inc., now Freeman Gold Corp. from 2017 to May 2020, was CEO and director of Baden Resources Inc., now Northstar Gaming Holdings Inc., on the CSE, from 2019 to March 2023, CEO and director of Hi-View Resources Inc., on the CSE, from 2021 to present, and CEO and director of Stearman Resources Inc., on the CSE, from 2022 to present.

Steve Mathiesen

CFO, Director

A former corporate and securities lawyer for more than 30 years and until 2011, a partner at the national law firm, McMillan LLP. Currently a corporate director on the board of several private companies, including current Chair of the Board of Governors of certain funds of Trez Capital, a diversified private real estate investment firm. A director and officer of several public companies including Lodge Resources Inc., now Freeman Gold Corp., from 2017 to 2020; Baden Resources Inc. from 2019 to March 2023, now Northstar Gaming Holdings Corp; Hi-View Resources Inc. from 2021 to present; and Stearman Resources Inc. from 2022 to present. Holds ICD.D designation from Institute of Corporate Directors.

Emily Sewell

Director

Ms. Sewell is a graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business and is currently the CFO and director of Musk Metals Corp., as well as a director for Stearman Resources Inc. Emily is also a consultant to a local real estate investment trust. Her previous experience includes working as an Associate for RBC Global Asset Management and serving as the VP of Finance and Development for a clothing design and manufacturing company.

Robert “Nick” Horsley

Director

Mr. Robert “Nick” Horsley has over 17 years of public markets experience focused on finance, investor relations, marketing, management and merger & acquisitions. Mr. Horsley has served as a director and a consultant to several public and private companies and has experience in a variety of industries including mineral exploration, telecom, CPG, Esports, and technology. Mr., Horsley has been a mineral prospector since 2008.

Christian de Saint-Rome

Director

Christian has over 25 years of experience in the areas of early-stage corporate management and international capital markets. He is the CEO, director, and co-founder of CopperZone Resources Ltd, an unlisted Canadian project generator exploring in Zambia/sub–Saharan Africa. Rio Tinto, BHP, Vale, First Quantum, and MMG have been notable CopperZone partners over the past 12 years and the company has three cornerstone global institutional investors. He was the co-founder and CEO of Kalahari Copper Ltd., an African exploration company, where he helped negotiate the acquisition of several Teck-controlled prospects and brought on the company’s only institutional investor.

Michael Dufresne

P.Geo

Mr. Dufresne is the President and a principal of APEX Geoscience Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (1983) and an M.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Alberta (1987). He is a Professional Geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), British Columbia (APEGBC) and the Northwest and Nunavut Territories (NAPEG). He has worked as a consulting geologist for over thirty years, conducting and directing exploration programs worldwide for junior and major exploration and mining companies encompassing a variety of commodities and deposit types including diamond, gold (placer and lode), base metal and industrial minerals. Mr. Dufresne has authored numerous Technical Reports for public companies on early to advanced exploration stage projects including resource work for a variety of commodities and deposit types. He has been integral to numerous large discoveries in Canada and Australia and has published extensively on the regional mineral potential of Alberta.

James Place

Retired Geologist

Mr. Place is a retired professional geoscientist (previously registered in B.C.) with more than 30 years of experience in the mining, heavy construction, and engineering fields. He has worked on all phases of mineral projects from exploration and permitting through to testing, development, marketing, production and reclamation primarily in Western North America. Mr. Place has held positions with a number of public companies, government, engineering companies, and environmental consulting companies. Mr. Place received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Geography from the University of Victoria (B.C.) in 1983. Mr. Place was a registered professional geoscientist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia from 1992 to 2022.

Terry Krepiakevich

Mr. Krepiakevich has over 30 years of experience as a CPA, board member and CFO, including directorships at various successful mining companies. He has served on several audit committee positions for both the TSX and NYSE listed companies and, in May 2011 was recognized with the BC CFO of the Year Award. Mr. Krepiakevich is a Fellow of the British Columbia CPA Association and a certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

He was a Director and Audit Committee Chair of Alexco Resource Corp., until it was acquired by Hecla Mining Company in 2022. He has also served as a member and chair of the compensation and governance committees for various listed companies, and is currently on the Board of Sama Resources Inc. (TSXV:SME) and was until recently on the Board of Kaizen Discovery Inc. until its acquisition by Ivanhoe Electric Inc. Mr. Krepiakevich has also served on the board of Covenant House for nine years, and in the past has served on numerous charitable organizations in the Vancouver community.
